Total Customer Experience Overview
I attended the 52nd annual STC conference in 2005. One of the keynote speakers was William Gribbons, associate professor of Bentley College in MA. His talk on total customer experience moved and motivated me so much that I wrote a summary and distributed it to our Marketing Manager which gained positive feedback.
